Aspects of Leadership is comprised of eleven "modules" which are structured for delivery in a seven-week course of study.

• Leadership: An Introduction
• Attributes & Tasks of Leaders (two modules)
• Ethics of Leadership (four modules)
• Leadership in the Context of American Politics (four modules).

Each module consists of readings, videos, role plays, and intense discussion. Debates, poetry, classic films, mini group projects, and audiotapes of arguments before the Supreme Court are used throughout the modules. While examples are sometimes drawn from other times and places, Aspects is primarily focused on the type of leadership required at present and likely to be required in the future in our increasingly diverse society premised on democratic values.
