LEDA’s 2022 Annual Celebration is coming up soon on May 12! We are excited to see everyone in person once again and toast LEDA’s successes. One of our honorees this year is Pamela Codo-Lotti, who has inspired us with her efforts to elevate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Pam is the Global Chief Operating Officer of Activism and Shareholder Advisory at Goldman Sachs. She also leads Cross Markets Activism and Shareholder Advisory. She advises on a range of complex and contested shareholder matters, including shareholder activism, hostile mergers and acquisitions, and environmental, social and governance challenges. As Head of Cross Markets Activism & Shareholder Advisory, she focuses in-particular on mid-cap companies across various industries.
Pam serves as co-chair of the Investment Banking Division Council for Advancement of Racial Equity at Goldman Sachs. Pam also serves as a steering committee member for One Million Black Women, Goldman Sachs’ $10 billion commitment in investment capital and $100 million in philanthropic support to help narrow opportunity gaps and positively impact the lives of at least one million Black women over the next decade.
Pam graduated from ESSEC Business School, an international higher education institution located in France, Singapore, and Morocco. Founded in 1907, ESSEC is one of France’s Grandes écoles, an institute of higher education with very strict admission requirements and is known as one of the trois Parisiennes (three Parisians), along with ESCP and HEC Paris. Pam also earned an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
