| As we enter the holiday season, I want to take a moment to express our deep gratitude for the extraordinary community that makes LEDA’s work possible. This time of year reminds us how fortunate we are to partner with individuals like you—people who believe in the brilliance, leadership, and limitless potential of our Scholars. First and foremost, we give thanks for our Scholars. Every day, they remind us why our work matters. Their determination, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to improving their communities inspire us to strive for excellence in everything we do. As we recruit for Cohort 22 (applications are open until December 10!), we are excited to be able to admit 10% more Scholars than in previous years, giving even more opportunity to high-achieving students across the country. |

Last week, our longtime friends at Ropes & Gray hosted a reception in Boston to spotlight LEDA’s work and welcome new champions into our community.
